(a) Yes, Sir. However, the implementation of High Security Registration Plate has again been resumed in pursuance to the High Court's Order dated 27.10.2006. |

(b) The implementation of High Security Registration Plate had to be kept in abeyance because of the objection raised by the Joint Action Coordination Committee of Commercial Vehicles Owners and Operators of Khasi Jaintia Hills.
