(a) Whether the scheme for construction of a mini stadium at Mukdangra village under West Garo Hills has been taken up during the years 2001-02, 2002-03 ?

(a) Yes, Sir.

(b) If so, whether the projects has been completed within the stipulated time ?

(b) No, Sir.

(c) If the answer to (b) is in the negative, the reasons as to why this project could not be completed in time ?

(c) The project could not be completed in time due to fund constraint.
